CBCL Limited has provided design services for site grading, roadway access to building sites, and parking lot design services. Typically provided for conventional engineering projects, CBCL has also recently provided these services for a variety of design/build projects.

The location of roads and public transit facilities, and the circulation of vehicles and people are essential when planning a new development or upgrading an existing facility. In new design or the re-design of existing facilities the following factors are taken into consideration: safety, traffic operations, site access, pedestrian and bicycle circulation, access management, signal installation, transit operations, and capacity of the intersection or surrounding road networks.
