Each intersection is analysed using the most current methods available such as Synchro SimTraffic 6.0; the Highway Capacity Software (2000); Canadian Signal Warrant Procedure (TAC); Quick Response System II, Version 7.0; Canadian Capacity Software; AutoTurn, Version 4.1; Land Desktop Development, etc.
