Employee Culture

The diversity and capability of its staff and its corporate culture are configured to play a significant role in disaster relief overseas through their own corporate efforts and through its continuing involvement in Engineers without Borders, Water for People and the International Red Cross. CBCL Limited has a very strong Employee’s Club that channels donated funds through payroll deductions and casual Fridays to various local charities. The Employee’s Club also sponsors a foster child in Honduras through the Foster Parents Plan.
