In a multi-disciplinary team approach, CBCL Limited provides site servicing support services for various building projects. These services provide for water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer servicing to commercial, institutional and industrial buildings.

We further provide design services for parking lots, site grading, and roadway access to building sites. In addition, CBCL Limited renders residential subdivision planning and design services for private developers throughout the Maritimes. Road and lot layout; water, sanitary, and storm water surveying; storm water master planning; and regulatory approvals are all key services provided for the successful design and construction of residential subdivisions. These services have typically been provided for conventional engineering projects, but we have also recently provided these services on a variety of design-build projects.

CBCL Limited is involved in the planning, design and construction of several of the largest and most successful industrial parks in Atlantic Canada, the Burnside Industrial Park in Dartmouth, NS being the most notable. Our work on this project began in the mid 1960's and continues to this day. All aspects of municipal engineering services were involved from the very first sod turning to the most recent stretch of pavement. We also provide engineering services for the Bayer’s Lake and Ragged Lake Industrial Parks in Halifax, NS.
