CBCL Limited’s Land Use and Environmental Division has extensive expertise in the field of wetland management including:

Identification, delineation and characterization of wetland habitats
Environmental impact assessment and regulatory permitting for wetland alterations
Monitoring and compensation planning for wetland loss as the result of development infringement
Engineered wetland design.

The Environmental team’s ecologists, biologists, hydrogeologists, GIS and mapping specialists and environmental engineers work closely with developers and construction engineers to avoid the development of wetland habitats wherever possible, minimize development impacts through design and design compensation plans for wetland development where avoidance is not possible.
