Phased Environmental Site Assessments
|
Phased Environmental Site Assessments are a logical, step-wise approach to determining environmental liabilities associated with a property. The work is carried out in three phases: Phase Iassessing the potential for historical or current contaminant sources and identifying potential contaminants of concern Phase IIconducting an intrusive subsurface investigation to determine if the potential contaminants of concern identified in the Phase I ESA are present onsite at levels above applicable numerical criteria Phase IIIdelineating the extent of the contamination onsite by further intrusive subsurface investigation for the purposes of determining a remedial plan, if necessary CBCL Limited has extensive experience conducting Phased Environmental Site Assessments for various contaminants and completes these studies according to the standards outlined by the Canadian Standards Association and CCME guidelines. All tasks are preformed with the due diligence, care and judgment necessary for an accurate assessment. |
