CBCL Limited has provided engineering building design services to architects, universities and community colleges throughout the Maritime Provinces. These services include structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering design. Building occupancies have varied from complex teaching laboratories, classrooms, research facilities, greenhouses, administrative offices, residential buildings (both new and renovated) as well as recreational and arena facilities.

In each instance, the building designs had to recognize and accommodate campus specific infrastructure requirements as well as established operations and maintenance procedures. CBCL works closely with our architectural partners and university and community college authorities to design buildings that meet user expectations within agreed cost and schedule parameters. CBCL can provide a complete multidisciplinary, LEED^® accredited, team of professional engineers and technicians with experience in dealing with the range of design and implementation challenges posed by university and other tertiary educational facilities.
