CBCL Limited provides multidisciplinary engineering design services to architects, mall owners and operators and contractors on commercial building developments throughout the Atlantic Provinces. These projects range from complete design services on stand alone ‘big box” stores to significant shopping mall extensions and renovations. Building systems are designed to incorporate and implement all mall or occupant specific design criteria.

CBCL offers complete services from project planning, cost control, through detailed design, tendering and procurement, construction reviews, to commissioning and post occupancy services. We work with our architectural partners and construction firms to meet the tight project schedule and cost controls that are of critical importance in this type of project. CBCL has considerable experience in design fast-tracking and sequential tendering strategies commonly employed on commercial projects where scheduling issues are often critical.
